Facility Management and Maintenance

We manage and maintain your facility by conducting the following, 

  • Coordinates and supervises trades staff and vendor services for repairs and maintenance of equipment, building systems.
  • Coordinates building preventive maintenance, assists with maintaining work records including schedules, receipts, safety and compliance reports, and maintenance logs.
  • Provides weekly and/or monthly facility and key performance indicator status reports.
  • Coordinates maintenance work with departments to minimize impact on building operations and customers.
  • Respond to and resolves emergency maintenance work (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical), along with monitoring contracted maintenance services.
  • Assist with the planning, coordinating, and implementing emergency response. 
  • Assist with the annual budget process including identifying capital improvement projects, major operational budget items and the monitoring of district expenditures
